"I really wanted to get fitter and to strengthen my legs after a fracture. I have so much more energy and strength now. It has helped me to sleep well and wake up feeling ready for the day ahead. I feel Great! My clothes feel looser and much more comfortable... at times I’ve had to find alternative outfits due to my clothes looking too big!! The Code menu books are really helpful. George helped me understand the MyFitness app which is really helpful too.
When people comment that I’ve really changed, it’s a real confidence boost it motivates me to keep on with my journey and potentially reaching my goal. I had previously fractured my leg and dislocated my ankle resulting in an operation with pins and a plate last year. I lost all confidence with exercising and lost muscle mass. So this was what I really needed.
Everyone at Code is so friendly and non judgmental. The staff approach you when they see your not quite doing something right, they don’t just leave it which I have found great and very helpful. For someone that’s never enjoyed gyms in the past I’ve found the atmosphere and the ethos of Code make it a much more enjoyable experience.
George is great and so are all the staff at Code, they are far more knowledgeable and always happy to give advice, which you don’t get at other gyms. Code is very professional, warm and friendly with like minded people both staff and clients. If you’re thinking about having Personal Training with George just do it, you won’t regret it.
