Learn To Train (L.T.T.)
Here's what you get with my Learn to Train system
My LTT system is 8 1 hour PT sessions over 4 weeks where I help you gain a deeper knowledge and more experience of how to train. You can then take this knowledge away with you to help your own training, covering things like technique, sets, reps, volume, tempo, exercise selection, exercise order, application of speed and power, recovery, nutrition. I can also cover anything you feel you want to learn more about.
