  • Volume adjusted periodised programmes based on 

    • Goals and timeframe

    • Days each individual has available to train 

    • level of experience 

    • Movements and exercises optimised for your biomechanics

Set your goal together and commit to two personal training sessions each week for eight weeks. Push hard for the result you want with consistency, expert coaching and regular contact.

  • Fast track client results. 

  • Use of advanced techniques as appropriate to each individual such as:

    • Activation drills

    • Accommodating resistance

    • Super sets

    • Drop sets

    • Rest pause

3 weekly 60 minute training sessions with me as your personal trainer

Learn to Train (LTT)

Here's what you get with my Learn to Train system 

My LTT system is 8 1 hour PT sessions over 4 weeks where I help you gain a deeper knowledge and more experience of how to train. You can then take this knowledge away with you to help your own training, covering things like technique, sets, reps, volume, tempo, exercise selection, exercise order, application of speed and power, recovery, nutrition.  I can also cover anything you feel you want to learn more about.

This is £435, and includes 4 weeks membership at Code, contact me to book.
